Personal Leadership Coaching Programs


The structure of any Personal Leadership program we design, consists of the following elements:

1. Preparation phase
2. Implementation phase
3. Evaluation phase

During the first phase, the foundation for the Coaching Program will be laid. The participants will learn their strengths and development areas based on a 360° evaluation. They will get an insight in their natural leadership style and understand where certain behaviour is rooted. This results in a clear understanding of their current leadership situation and explains why the participants are where they are. With this basic understanding we will define the priorities for development and the desired individual results for the Coaching Program.

These elements will be gathered and come together in an Individual Growth & Development Plan. In this plan specific and measurable goals for tangible results will be set for the different leadership areas, in order to further strengthen constructive behaviour and improve development areas.

The second phase of the Coaching Program focuses on the actual implementation of the Individual Plan. This phase will be pragmatic, hands-on and is designed to experience the effects of (slight) adaptions of current behaviour and leadership styles.

To get to these results we use a range of proven coaching tools, which have been used with thousands of managers all over the world. By nature our techniques and tools are interactive and the individual input makes it a unique and tailormade process for each participant. For example, participants will be observed and/or filmed in their individual leadership environment (presentation or meeting) and behaviour and suggestions for improvement will be evaluated together.

During the Implementation Phase there will be a constant and visible tracking of the progress of the Plan. We make use of an online tool so that at any moment in time the participant and the coach will be able to see the status of the coaching process.

Phase three will be the round-up of the project. Equiped with the tools and experiences from the Implementation phase, participants are now able to put the learnings into practise ongoingly. For each individual an evaluation report will be set up, based on self reflection by the participant and the observations of the coach, containing a summary of the process and recommendations for future reference.
