A 360 degree evaluation is a very powerful and objective tool to define personal strengths and development areas. We can conduct your 360 degree Leadership Evaluations, Employee Performance Evaluations and Employee Assessments.

360 Evaluation

Together we define the type of questions you want to evaluate. We work with a unique web-based software package that allows us to tailor the evaluation for this specific occasion. For example the Leadership Competency Areas that we need to assess, as well as the number and type of questions to be asked are flexible and can be customised.

For each participant we will send out an e-mail invitation to a list of selected people to provide input for the participant's 360° evaluation. The list should reflect a true 360° input and apart from the participant consist of manager(s), colleagues, and persons directly or indirectly reporting to the participant (in some cases even client input could be consulted). There are no limitations in the number of raters for an individual.

People can rate the participant's behaviour using an online form. All submitted data will be anonymously collected via secure servers and used to create an Individual Evaluation Report for each participant. You can use these reports as a basis for your development programs or performance reviews.
